By Car:
With over 13,000 car parking spaces and just 2 miles from the M25, travelling by car couldn't be easier.
If you are travelling on the M25, follow signs to Dartford Crossing, this is signposted along the entire length of the M25 in both directions. Lookout for Junction 2 (A2/M2), then follow the signs to Bluewater. The M25 is numbered clockwise from Dartford Crossing (J1 through to A13 (J30).
Car Parking
There is free parking for 13,000 cars with a sophisticated traffic management system in place to ensure that parking is as hassle-free and easy as possible.
Car parking spaces are never more than a five-minute walk away from entrances, and there are separate pedestrian pathways so children are not crossing busy roadways.
Disabled Parking
There are specially designated parking bays for Bluewater Guests with special needs, located throughout the car parks adjacent to the entrances.
By Public Transport:
Bus
Over 60 buses visit Bluewater each hour and connect well with other routes. Express services are also provided by Arriva and these link Bluewater with Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham, (routes 700 and 701), Maidstone (route 703), and Sevenoaks and Tonbridge (route 704). These routes will have typical journey times to Bluewater between 25-40 minutes from each of these towns.
Coach
There is a specially designated Bluewater coach park which can accommodate over 50 coaches at any time.
Coach Operators and Drivers, please call Bluewater Management Reception on 01322 623300 and tell us when you are planning to bring coach parties to Bluewater. This is not a booking service, but contacting us will help us to better understand what hosting resources are required for your party.
Please notify us of planned excursion dates, times and the numbers of people in the party. On arrival at Bluewater, Excursion Coaches should proceed to The Village Coach Station where passengers may get off. It is sign posted by the international 'Coaches' symbol.

Train
High Speed
The new high speed service takes just 18 mintues from St Pancras to Ebbsfleet with Fastrack buses to Bluewater taking just 15 minutes from Ebbsfleet.
South Eastern Trains
Trains arrive at Greenhithe station every 15 minutes from London and other Medway towns. It's just as easy to travel to Bluewater by train.
From London - Trains depart from Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge or Cannon Street travelling to "Greenhithe for Bluewater", and run approximately every 15 minutes. Trains also run regularly from the Medway Towns.
On arrival at Greenhithe
You can take a shuttle bus - Fastrack A towards Bluewater or Fastrack B towards Dartford or Temple Hill, they both travel to and from the station, just a five minute journey. Buses operate from 6 am to 11.45 pm 7 days a week and operate approximately every 5 minutes from 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday. Please see www.go-fastrack.co.uk for further information.
Please use the bus stop next to the ticket machines on your right as you exit the station building. When you buy your train ticket, ensure you ask for a ticket to Bluewater (Greenhithe for Bluewater). This ticket will include your shuttle bus ticket fare. This is only valid on daily tickets. Please ensure you check when buying your ticket that it does include your bus fare.
Fastrack A customers can in advance of boarding, purchase a ticket or obtain a free pre-paid ticket (including those with through rail tickets) from machines adjacent to the stop 2. Tickets from these machines are also valid on Fastrack B but they can also be purchased from Fastrack B drivers. Tickets can also be purchased on board the bus.
